Signed here in this space is my electronic Signature agreeing to come back to Delightful Scents website and pay off the balance I owe them for my financed gold jewelry layaway items. I agree to make the monthly payment each month until my balance owed is paid in full. My balance owed and monthly payment will be shown on my Delightful Scents Multi-Purpose Order Form invoice that was mailed to me. I agree that failure to pay off the layaway balance I owe within that (6) six month time period will result in all my layaway payments made, now being counted as holding fee payments for the items I have on layaway. I also agree that I will have the option to start the Layaway payment process over with Delightful Scents for all items I placed on layaway and I agree that no money will be returned to me for any and all payments that was paid/made because those payments, again was counted as holding fees. I agree that no laid away items will be given to me as I did not comply with the terms outlined in this Delightful Scents layaway payment agreement for making all (6) six of my layaway monthly payments. Sign to state that you are agreeing to add a late payment fee of $12.00 plus your late monthly payment, if we have to call and or text you that your monthly payment is late, a late fee of $12.00 will be paid along with your late payment. You must include the $12.00 late fee with your late monthly payment. This late fee payment term applies to any of the financing options you might chose. Your monthly payment is late if you do not come back to our website, delightful-scents.com and submit your monthly payment on your payment due date as shown on your Multi-Purpose Order Form, which is the 5th of each month. On Layaway Financed Orders we will mail you a copy of that form. You can make your monthly payments thru our website at delightful-scents.com This added late payments of $12.00 per late payment applies to all our financing agreements which are our 6 & 12 month gold jewelry financing and our 6 month gold jewelry layed away financed orders.:	*
