Signed here in this space is my electronic Signature agreeing to come back to Delightful Scents website for the next 12 months on the payment due date I was given by Delightful Scents via their, Delightful Scents Multi-Purpose Order Form invoice included with my order. I am agreeing to pay for my financed gold jewelry order until the balance I owe is paid in full. I agree that failure to come back and make the total 12 monthly payments to them, Delightful Scents, will result in legal action being taken against me to get all the money I owe them and I also agree to be responsible for all fees and costs associated with them having to take such legal action against me to get the money I owe them. Also should they, Delightful Scents the company have to hire a tracing agency to find me in order to be able to take legal action against me to get the money I owe them. I also agree to be responsible for all costs associated with them having to take such action. The time limit will be shown on my Delightful Scents Multi-Purpose Order Form invoice included with my order. I agree that failure to pay off the balance I owe within that (6) six month time limit will result in all my layaway payments made, now being counted as a holding fee payment for the items I have on layaway. I agree that I will have the option to start the Layaway payment process over with Delightful for all items I hade on layaway and I agree that no money will be returned to me for any and all payments that was paid/made. Sign to state that you are agreeing to pay a late fee of $15.00 with your next scheduled monthly payment if you are late paying your previous monthly payment. Your monthly payment is late if you don't come back to our website and submit your layaway monthly payment on your payment due date given to you by us, Delightful Scents, as shown on your Multi-Purpose Order Form. I agree I will add the $15.00 late payment amount to my regular scheduled monthly layaway payment each time I am late paying. By electronic signing my name in the space provided. I am agreeing to the stated terms of adding that $15.00 amount with my next scheduled monthly payment. These added late payments of $15.00 per late payment applies to all (3) three financing agreements which are our Gold, Scented Items & Supplies & Layaway financed orders.:	*
